    Small, but clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, but weak WiFi signal in rooms 106 and 107. Short walk to shops on Water St., waterfront, and Kingsbrae Gardens.

    For those who want a stay that is more like a luxury hotel, but with the charm and personal touch of a high-end B&B, this is the place to stay. And, the food is exceptional (our stay included a free breakfast, which was a-la-carte choice and perfect... dinner the evening before was wonderful, and the dining rooms very pleasant).
